Mary Bello, Founder & Principal
Mary Bello has worked in health care leadership for more than 25 years. She has gained a unique understanding of the complex relationships that drive the US healthcare system. Working extensively with community-based physicians & patients, Mary has seen the devastating impact that our complicated, inefficient health system can have on individuals, families & members of the medical community.
Committed to improving the patient experience, Mary became a Board-Certified Patient Advocate in 2022.
Mary enjoys working with the business community throughout the region. She currently serves as Board Member, Central Mayland Chamber of Commerce & CMC Educational Foundation and co-chairs the CMC Regional Economic Development Committee. Mary is a licensed Independent Health & Life Insurance Broker in Maryland and is passionate about helping employers find innovative ways to lower costs and improve health outcomes.
Mary founded Upwell Advisors in 2022. She is dedicated to helping people find high quality healthcare that is reliable, accessible and affordable.
Sue Potts, Principal
Sue Potts is a passionate professional organizer dedicated to enhancing the living spaces of her clients. As a Principal at Upwell Advisors, Sue brings practical solutions and a personalized approach to every project, large and small. Whether organizing, down-sizing or planning transitions, her mission is to simplify lives and create safe and efficient living spaces for her clients.
